- You will be asked to provide the following material(s):
- Transcripts: An official transcript from the college or university from which your bachelor’s degree was granted, excluding the seven campuses of the University of Maine System (UMS transcripts are accessible to UMPI).
- International college transcripts: In addition to an official copy of the transcript that has granted your bachelor’s degree, an official evaluation of the transcript is required to be sent through an approved transcript analysis agency like WES (World Education Services).

- For GPAs of 3.0 or higher:
- In addition to your official transcript, you must provide one letter of recommendation which speaks to your character, work ethic/professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and potential to be successful in a graduate program. Applicants will be asked to provide the name and email address for each reference when completing the application. You will also have the option to upload the letter of recommendation at the bottom of this form.
- For GPAs of under 3:0:
- In addition to your official transcript, you must provide two letters of recommendation which speak to your character, work ethic/professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and potential to be successful in a graduate program. Applicants will be asked to provide the name and email address for each reference when completing the application.
- A resume or CV that outlines professional and community involvement, and any other experiences that would demonstrate preparedness for advanced study. You will also have the option to upload the letter of recommendation(s) and resume/CV at the bottom of this form.
- Applicants who are in the process of completing or have completed their last session/semester of their undergraduate degree and their degree has not officially been awarded may be accepted into the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership on a conditional basis. Accepted students will be allowed to enroll in one session of the MAOL while awaiting the awarding of their degree. Final transcripts confirming the student’s degree must be provided to the University of Maine at Presque Isle YourPace Admissions Office before the student can be enrolled into a second session of the MAOL program. Prior to enrolling in their first session, accepted students from outside of the University of Maine System must provide the YourPace Admissions Office with a letter from their University’s Registrar indicating when their degree will be awarded.
