Zombies in the Classroom
Zombies and History? Absolutely! In one of our online classes, we take a historical look at America’s obsession with zombies. (Illustration by Amanda Johnston)
Bringing History to Life
We’ve used living history talks as a way to look at the birth of our nation in new ways, like when “Alexander Hamilton” was portrayed to discuss the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
Reacting to the Past
History gets very real in some of our classes as students research and act out historical roles set during critical times in history.
Partnering with the Community
From working with middle schoolers on a medieval faire to helping a local author research a book on local history, our Program finds lots of ways for our students to get involved.
Complete courses at your pace and move on to the next in the same session. With 6 session starts a year, you can customize your workload and earn credits faster to fit your needs and busy schedule.
